Warranty and Return Policy:
- The Fantech radon fans come with a 5 year warranty from date of manufacture time. If the fan fails within the first 5 years, you can send us a clear picture of the label (with model number, date of manufacture, and serial number) and a picture of the fan wires cut and we will get a replacement fan sent right away.
- The PressureTech fan models PT2 – PT6 and the PT10 come with a 2 year warranty. However, these models are now discontinued. If the fan fails within the first 2 years, you can send us a clear picture of the label (with model number, date of manufacture, and serial number) and a picture of the fan wires cut and we will replace it with the equivalent Fantech model.
- The PressureTech radon fan models PT8DC – PT25DC come with a 2 year warranty. If the fan fails within the first 2 years, you can send us a clear picture of the label (with model number, date of manufacture, and serial number) and a picture of the fan wires cut and we will get a replacement fan sent right away.
- Returns are allowed for up to 60 days from the date of shipment. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
